One recurring problem that teachers and students come across in an iLearn (Moodle) quiz has to do with the viewing of some quiz questions. Because the problem is related to an individual user’s view, it can be confusing and frustrating for teachers to try to solve. The good news is- it’s an easy fix!
The Problem
So in this image, you can see the problem- the student cannot see the image in the question, thus making it impossible to answer.
However, the teacher sees this:
The Solution
The solution is very simple- the student has their menu bar open, thus their screen is smaller and the pictures don’t show up! Simply close the menu bar and the pictures immediately show up.
