Did you know you can enable a sound notification in Zoom that tells you when someone has entered or left your meeting, or if someone is in your waiting room? Well you can!
To enable this notification, navigate to your settings in Zoom by clicking on https://dearbornschools-org.zoom.us/profile/setting. Once in your settings, click on In Meeting (Basic). Scroll down to Sound notification when someone joins or leaves, and toggle it on. You’ll know it’s enabled if the button turns blue. Next, choose who to play the sound for. That’s it!
Next time you have a visitor to your Zoom room, you’ll hear a doorbell, even if your Zoom screen is minimized.
